Onnovo Srivilas Biotechnology Private Limited Company was established in 2025 through a joint venture between Onnovo Group and Srivilas Hydrotech Pvt. Ltd. The objective is to integrate Onnovo’s advanced antimicrobial and additive technologies, developed using European engineering standards, with Srivilas’s established Indian manufacturing and process chemistry expertise.

The partnership enables local production of high-specification specialty chemicals, reducing import dependency, improving supply reliability, and shortening lead times for customers in India and nearby regions.

Manufacturing is based in India, with process and quality control systems aligned to global standards. The JV offers technical service support, application-specific formulations, and compliance with regional and international regulations.

This structure delivers German-standard technology, backed by local production economics and field support, providing industry with cost-efficient, technically validated chemical solutions.
