Incorporated in Telangana, India, as Srivilas Hydrotech Pvt. Ltd., with an objective to supply specialty chemicals for industrial process applications.

1999

Commenced operations with a focus on industrial water treatment chemicals (boiler, cooling tower, and effluent systems).

Expanded into pulp & paper process chemicals, sugar industry additives, and introduced the PROTEK brand of preservatives for paints and coatings.
